{"id":5783,"date":"2025-09-01T19:33:12","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T19:33:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/?p=5783"},"modified":"2025-09-01T19:33:12","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T19:33:12","slug":"creamy-paprika-steak-shells","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/01\/creamy-paprika-steak-shells\/","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Paprika Steak Shells"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>Creamy Paprika Steak Shells<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>12 oz shell pasta<\/p>\n<p>1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces<\/p>\n<p>Salt &amp; black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp butter<\/p>\n<p>3 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 tsp smoked paprika<\/p>\n<p>1 cup heavy cream<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup beef broth<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<p>Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)<\/p>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<p>Cook shell pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.<\/p>\n<p>Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2\u20133 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the same skillet and saut\u00e9 garlic for 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3\u20134 minutes until slightly thickened.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.<\/p>\n<p>Add the cooked shells and steak back to the skillet.
