Reserve 1\/2 cup pasta water, then drain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Cook the Chicken\n<ul>\n<li>Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Cook chicken 4\u20135 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.<\/li>\n<li>Remove chicken, set aside, and keep warm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Make the Alfredo Sauce\n<ul>\n<li>In the same skillet, melt butter and saut\u00e9 garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).<\/li>\n<li>Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stir and simmer 3\u20134 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth and creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg (if using).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Combine\n<ul>\n<li>Add cooked linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat.
