It&#8217;s one of those classic recipes that start with rote, just like a good pie crust or chocolate chip cookie recipe.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">This bread first comes to mind when I have a banana split leftover on the counter, and the bread is in constant rotation in my freezer stash.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Did you know that you can use an electric blender to puree bananas? Cut the peeled bananas into large chunks or chop them into large chunks and put them in the bowl of a blender, or use a regular mixing bowl and a hand blender.<br \/>\nBegin whisking on low speed, then gradually increase to medium-high speed as the bananas break down into mashed bananas.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\">Transfer the bananas to another bowl and use a mixing bowl with the butter and sugar. (No need to clean it up &#8211; some leftover mashed banana is fine.)<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\">ingredients :<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01\/2 cup of butter<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01 cup of sugar<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b02 beaten eggs<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b04 bananas, finely mashed<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01 1\/2 cups flour<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01 teaspoon of baking soda<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b0salt 1\/2 tsp<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01\/2 teaspoon vanilla<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">*How to make it :<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Cream with butter and sugar.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Add eggs and crushed banana.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Mix well.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to the cream mixture.
