Of course we like steak and it can get expensive for a family. I decide to try making steak season at home<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\">Results? We all agreed the steak were amazing cook with this season. And it was very easy to do.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">*ingredients<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b02 teaspoons coarse kosher salt<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b02 teaspoons brown sugar<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b0Half a teaspoon of cornstarch<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b0Half a teaspoon of garlic powder<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b0Half a teaspoon of onion powder<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b0Half a teaspoon of turmeric<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b0Half a teaspoon of paprika<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b0Half a teaspoon of chilli powder<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01 teaspoon black pepper<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\">How to make Texas Roadhouse Beef Seasoning<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Mix all ingredients together in a Ziploc bag and seal tightly. Shake ingredients in a ziploc bag until all ingredients are well blended.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Generously and evenly coat the sides of the steak with the seasoning, then let sit for about 40 minutes, until the salt penetrates the surface and breaks down the muscle fibers into tender, melt-in-the-mouth meat.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Once it&#8217;s grilled and comes out piping hot, place your steak on it and cook for 4-5 minutes, until browned and lightly charred.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Flip the steak and cook an additional 5 minutes for medium-rare, 7 minutes for medium-rare, and 10 minutes for well-done.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Once it&#8217;s ready, you can serve right away.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Enjoy !<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Texas Roadhouse Steak Season &#8211; Our family loves Texas Roadhouse.
