I desperately needed a blueberry cookie (shout out to Bojangles), but nowhere in this case to get it.

I ran to the store, picked up a basket of fresh berries, and crossed my fingers to do some magic in the kitchen and make melt-in-your-mouth cookies.

*ingredients

ingredients

+for the cake

°2 cups flour

°1 cup cold milk

°Half a cup of sugar

°5 tablespoons butter (cold or frozen)

°4 teaspoons baking powder

°1 teaspoon of salt

°3 ounces of fresh or dried blueberries

+for glazing

°1 cup powdered sugar

°Half a cup of water

°1 teaspoon vanilla

°Half a teaspoon of lemon juice

*How to make :

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F . In a large bowl, add salt, sugar, flour and baking powder and mix. Add the cold milk and berries to the dry ingredients and mix. (Before you start baking the biscuit, you need to put 1 piece of butter in the freezer for about an hour.) Take the butter out of the freezer and break it into pieces. Spread the frosting evenly over the cookie dough. The raspberry biscuit dough is folded and kneaded.

Repeat this until the frozen pieces of butter are evenly distributed in the mixture. Place or bake on a floured surface and flatten to about 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut out about 6 cookies from the dough. Bake cookies for 7 to 12 minutes.

Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in the microwave and spread it gently over the warm crackers.

Mix them and mix them with honey for glaze and sprinkle the biscuits

Enjoy !

The first time i tried blueberry cookies i was at a bed and breakfast and taking a mini vacation with…

The first time i tried blueberry cookies i was at a bed and breakfast and taking a mini vacation with my husband before the kids. blueberry cookies This recipe

1

post-513","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
