{"id":5024,"date":"2025-07-12T22:27:01","date_gmt":"2025-07-12T22:27:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/?p=5024"},"modified":"2025-07-12T22:27:01","modified_gmt":"2025-07-12T22:27:01","slug":"chinese-chicken-cabbage-stir-fry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/12\/chinese-chicken-cabbage-stir-fry\/","title":{"rendered":"Chinese Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips<br \/>\n1 small Chinese cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces<br \/>\n2 cloves of garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 inch ginger, peeled and grated<br \/>\n2 tbsp vegetable oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp cornstarch<br \/>\n1\/4 cup water<br \/>\nSalt and pepper, to taste<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.<br \/>\nHeat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
