1. Prepare the Filling:
\n– Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saut\u00e9 the onions until translucent.
\n– Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
\n– Remove from heat, mix in the shredded cheese, and let cool.<\/p>\n
2. Make the Potato Mixture:
\n– Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
\n– Add the egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until a soft dough forms.<\/p>\n
3. Assemble the Pancakes:
