Lightly grease a muffin tin or mini muffin tin.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, soak the breadcrumbs in milk for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, soaked breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix until just combined \u2014 don\u2019t overmix!<\/li>\n<li>Divide the meat mixture into 12 portions. Flatten each one in your hand, place a cheese cube in the center, and wrap the meat around it to form a ball.<\/li>\n<li>Place each ball into the muffin tin. Top with a small dab of ketchup (optional but delicious).<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 20\u201325 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the tops are slightly browned.<\/li>\n<li>Let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
