Grease or line an 8\u00d78-inch or 9\u00d79-inch pan with parchment.<\/li>\n<li>Make the crust: In a bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and egg until a soft dough forms. Press 2\/3 of it into the bottom of your pan.<\/li>\n<li>Make the filling: In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and egg yolk (if using) until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Assemble: Pour the lemon filling over the crust.
