Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the Batter:<br \/>\nIn a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Fold in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta.<\/li>\n<li>Fill the Muffin Tin:<br \/>\nPour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about \u00be full.<\/li>\n<li>Bake:<br \/>\nBake for 18\u201322 minutes, or until the muffins are set and slightly golden on top.<\/li>\n<li>Cool &amp; Serve:<br \/>\nAllow them to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
