Prepare the Fish: Pat dry the fish fillets and cut them into desired pieces.<\/p>\n<p>2. Make the Batter: In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Gradually add cold soda water and whisk until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.<\/p>\n<p>3. Heat the Oil: In a deep pan, heat oil to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>4. Coat the Fish: Dip each fish fillet into the batter, ensuring it&#8217;s fully coated.<\/p>\n<p>5.
