Soft cream cheese<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01 cup of sugar<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b03 teaspoons of vanilla extract<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01 large beaten egg<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01\/2 cup sour cream<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 2-3 tablespoons juice for glaze)<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">+ice:<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01 1\/2 cups powdered sugar<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b02-3 tablespoons of reserved pineapple juice<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">* To prepare:<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Preheat oven to 350 degrees also grease a loaf pan.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt together. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth.<br \/>\nAdd the flour mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir. Add the sour cream and mix until combined, then add the mashed pineapple.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Pour into prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
