\u00b028 oz fire roasted tomatoes, undrained<\/div>\n
\u00b01 yellow onion, chopped<\/div>\n
\u00b02 cups cooked long-grain rice or 1 cup uncooked instant rice<\/div>\n
\u00b04 minced garlic cloves<\/div>\n
\u00b015 ounces of tomato sauce<\/div>\n
\u00b02 cups beef broth<\/div>\n
\u00b0Salt and pepper to taste<\/div>\n
\u00b0\u00bd teaspoon thyme<\/div>\n
\u00b0Half a teaspoon of thyme<\/div>\n
\u00b01 teaspoon basil<\/div>\n
\u00b0Shredded mozzarella cheese for garnish<\/div>\n

Brown the minced meat in a large saucepan over medium heat<\/div>\n
Add onions and garlic<\/div>\n
Season with your choice of spices<\/div>\n
Add the chopped sweet pepper<\/div>\n
Carefully pour in the beef broth, tomato sauce and roasted tomatoes<\/div>\n
stir until combined<\/div>\n
Simmer for 30 minutes<\/div>\n
Add the cooked rice or quick rice when the soup is done. Leave it to simmer for another 5 minutes<\/div>\n
Put mozzarella cheese on top of it<\/div>\n
