In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the Fireball Whiskey and cold water. Stir to mix well.<\/p>\n<p>2. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid mixture, stirring continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add 1\/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1\/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the mixture. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.<\/p>\n<p>4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.<\/p>\n<p>5. Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds, filling each cavity to the top.<\/p>\n<p>6. Refrigerate the molds for at least 2-3 hours, or until the gummies are set and firm.<\/p>\n<p>7. Once set, carefully remove the gummies from the molds.<\/p>\n<p>8. In a shallow dish, combine 1\/4 cup of granulated sugar with additional ground cinnamon to create a coating. Roll each gummy in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.<\/p>\n<p>9.
