Place it in a large bowl and mash it with a fork.<\/li>\n<li>Add onion, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Shape the mixture into small patties (about the size of your palm).<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
