Mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Assemble the Egg Rolls:<\/p>\n<p>Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape.<\/p>\n<p>Add 2\u20133 tablespoons of the filling near the center.<\/p>\n<p>Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides.<\/p>\n<p>Roll tightly toward the top and seal the edge with water.<\/p>\n<p>Fry the Egg Rolls:<\/p>\n<p>Heat oil in a deep pan (about 350\u00b0F \/ 175\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>Fry egg rolls 2\u20133 at a time until golden brown and crispy, about 3\u20134 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove and drain on paper towels.<\/p>\n<p>Serve:<\/p>\n<p>Serve warm with Thousand Island dressing for dipping.<\/p>\n<p>Tips:<\/p>\n<p>Make sure the sauerkraut is well-drained to avoid soggy egg rolls.<\/p>\n<p>Air fryer?
