It should be soft but not sticky.<\/li>\n<li>Shape the cookies:\n<ul>\n<li>Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork (classic look),<\/li>\n<li>Or pipe them into rosettes using a star tip for a fancy touch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Bake for 12\u201315 minutes or until the edges are just slightly golden.
