\u00b02 tablespoons of sugar<\/div>\n
\u00b0 Two tablespoons of Dijon mustard<\/div>\n
\u00b0Salt and Pepper<\/div>\n
\u00b01\/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper<\/div>\n
\u00b01\/2 cup green onions<\/div>\n
\u00b01 cup celery, cut into cubes<\/div>\n
\u00b03\/4 cup red pepper, cut into cubes<\/div>\n
\u00b01\/2 cup diced jalapeno<\/div>\n
\u00b01\/2 cup grated carrots<\/div>\n

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.<\/div>\n
