In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.<br \/>\nToast the bread slices to your preferred crispiness. You can use a toaster or toast them in a skillet with a little butter for extra flavor.<br \/>\nSpread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.<br \/>\nOn the bottom slice of bread, layer the lettuce leaves, followed by the sliced tomato.
