Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, mix the honey, Dijon mustard, and chopped garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and pour the honey-mustard mixture over them, ensuring each piece is well coated.<\/p>\n<p>Roast the asparagus: Wash the asparagus and trim the tough ends. Place them on another baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
