{"id":3292,"date":"2025-04-01T01:56:41","date_gmt":"2025-04-01T01:56:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/?p=3292"},"modified":"2025-04-01T01:56:41","modified_gmt":"2025-04-01T01:56:41","slug":"million-dollar-ravioli-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/index.php\/2025\/04\/01\/million-dollar-ravioli-casserole\/","title":{"rendered":"Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1 lb ground beef<br \/>\n1 small onion, chopped<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce<br \/>\n1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes<br \/>\n1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli<br \/>\n1 cup ricotta cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 cup sour cream<br \/>\n1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened<br \/>\n2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1 tbsp Italian seasoning<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\nFresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)<br \/>\nInstructions:<\/p>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C). Grease a 9&#215;13-inch baking dish.<br \/>\nIn a large skillet, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.<br \/>\nAdd the marinara sauce and crushed tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.<br \/>\nIn a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, sour cream, and softened cream cheese until smooth.<br \/>\nSpread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.<br \/>\nPlace half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the meat sauce.<br \/>\nSpread the ricotta mixture evenly over the ravioli.<br \/>\nSprinkle 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta mixture.<br \/>\nAdd another layer of meat sauce over the mozzarella cheese.<br \/>\nPlace the remaining ravioli in a single layer over the meat sauce.<br \/>\nTop with the remaining meat sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.<br \/>\nSprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.<br \/>\nCover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.<br \/>\nLet the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
