Preheat the oven to 400 \u00b0 F (200 \u00b0 C) and grease a baking sheet.<br \/>\n2. Boil dice potatoes until tender, then mash them in a bowl<br \/>\n3. Remuer dans du cheddar, du parmesan et du persil. Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre.<br \/>\n4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.<br \/>\n5.
