Ajoutez l&#8217;oignon hach\u00e9 et faites cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit tendre. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre.<br \/>\n\ud83e\udd6b mustard \ud83c\udf3f Ajouter les condiments : Incorporez le ketchup, la moutarde et la relish (si utilis\u00e9e) \u00e0 la viande. M\u00e9langez bien et retirez du feu. Laissez refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<br \/>\n\ud83e\uddc0 Ajouter le fromage : Incorporez le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 au m\u00e9lange de viande refroidi.<br \/>\n\ud83e\udd50 Former les bombs : D\u00e9roulez la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e. Coupez-la en carr\u00e9s d&#8217;environ 8-10 cm. D\u00e9posez une cuill\u00e8re de garniture au centre de chaque carr\u00e9.<br \/>\n\ud83e\udd5a Refermer les bombs : Ramenez les coins de la p\u00e2te vers le centre et pincez les bords pour former une boule. Retournez-les et placez-les sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<br \/>\n\ud83e\udd5a Dorer et d\u00e9corer : Badigeonnez chaque &#8220;bomb&#8221; d&#8217;\u0153uf battu.
