{"id":318,"date":"2023-05-24T15:08:21","date_gmt":"2023-05-24T15:08:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/?p=318"},"modified":"2023-05-24T15:08:21","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T15:08:21","slug":"baked-bbq-baby-back-ribs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/index.php\/2023\/05\/24\/baked-bbq-baby-back-ribs\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked BBQ Baby Back Ribs"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bd cup ancho chile powder<br \/>\n\u00bc cup white sugar<br \/>\n\u00bc cup brown sugar<br \/>\n\u00bc cup salt<br \/>\n2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\n1 tablespoon ground cumin<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dry mustard<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon ground dried chipotle pepper<br \/>\n1 rack baby back pork ribs<br \/>\n1 cup barbeque sauce<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">PREPARATION:<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).<br \/>\nper in a small bowl until combined.<br \/>\nPlace ribs meat-side down on aluminum foil. Prick back of rib rack several times with a knife.<br \/>\nGenerously apply coating of dry rub to all sides of rib rack.<br \/>\nWith rib rack meat-side down, fold foil around it to create a tight seal. Transfer to sheet pan.<br \/>\nBake in preheated oven until tender and cooked through, about 2 hours. Remove and cool 15 minutes.<br \/>\nIncrease oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).<br \/>\nOpen foil, drain and discard any accumulated juices and fat. Brush barbeque sauce on all sides of rack.<br \/>\nPlace rack meat-side up and return to oven, leaving foil open. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven, and brush another layer of barbeque sauce on meat-side only.
