Prepare the filling \u2013 In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, cilantro, and all the spices. Stir until smooth and well combined.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add chicken \u2013 Fold in the shredded chicken and mix until evenly distributed.<\/p>\n<p>3. Assemble pinwheels \u2013 Spread a thin, even layer of the mixture onto each tortilla, leaving about 1\/2 inch around the edges.<\/p>\n<p>4. Roll tightly \u2013 Roll each tortilla up tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (this helps them hold their shape when slicing).<\/p>\n<p>5. Slice &amp; serve \u2013 Remove from the fridge, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
