Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F (150\u00b0C). Line a baking sheet with foil.<br \/>\n2. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, brown sugar, cayenne, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and cumin.<br \/>\n3. Rub the ribs with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.<br \/>\n4. Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for 2.5\u20133 hours until tender.<br \/>\n5. Remove ribs from the oven, brush with barbecue sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until caramelized.<br \/>\n6. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
