In a small saucepan, whisk together 3 tbsp flour, \u00bd cup milk, and \u00bc cup water until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens into a paste (about 3-5 minutes).<\/p>\n<p>3. Transfer to a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap (touching the surface), and let it cool to room temperature.<\/p>\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Make the Dough:<\/p>\n<p>4.
