Cook the Meat:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Add ground beef or lamb, breaking it apart as it cooks. Brown for about 5\u20137 minutes, then drain excess grease if needed.<\/p>\n<p>2. Saut\u00e9 the Aromatics &amp; Vegetables:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Add diced onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook for 3\u20134 minutes until softened.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, smoked paprika, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for 1 minute to enhance the flavors.<\/p>\n<p>3. Simmer the Soup:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pour in the beef broth and add diced potatoes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15\u201320 minutes until potatoes are tender.<\/p>\n<p>4. Finish the Soup:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Stir in frozen peas and corn, letting them cook for 2\u20133 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Add butter and heavy cream (or milk) to create a creamy texture.
