Prepare the Marinade for Chicken:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a large bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.<br \/>\nAdd chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight for deeper flavor).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
