Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>-Assemble Croissants:<br \/>\nSpread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant. Layer 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese on top, then place the other half of the croissant on top.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Prepare Butter Topping:<br \/>\nIn a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and poppy seeds (if using). Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the croissants.<\/p>\n<p>-Bake:<br \/>\nPlace the croissants on the prepared baking sheet.
