Prepare the Potatoes:<\/p>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>Boil the sliced potatoes in salted water until slightly tender, then drain and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>2. Cook the Beef:<\/p>\n<p>Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.<\/p>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 the diced onion until softened, then add the ground beef and cook until browned.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the tomato paste, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pour in the beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Assemble the Casserole:<\/p>\n<p>In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the beef mixture over the potatoes.<\/p>\n<p>Top with the remaining potatoes and sprinkle both cheeses over the top.<\/p>\n<p>4. Bake:<\/p>\n<p>Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.<\/p>\n<p>5.
