{"id":2216,"date":"2025-01-11T20:47:14","date_gmt":"2025-01-11T20:47:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/?p=2216"},"modified":"2025-01-11T20:47:14","modified_gmt":"2025-01-11T20:47:14","slug":"easy-hamburger-rice-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/11\/easy-hamburger-rice-casserole\/","title":{"rendered":"Easy Hamburger Rice Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Easy Hamburger Rice Casserole<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-2\"><\/div>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-1\"><\/div>\n<p>1 pound ground beef<\/p>\n<p>2 cups (370 g) long-grain white rice, uncooked<\/p>\n<p>2 cans (10.5 ounces each) French onion soup<\/p>\n<p>2 cans (10.5 ounces each) beef consomme<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup (1 stick \/ 113 g) unsalted butter, sliced into pats<\/p>\n<p>chopped chives, for garnish (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Instructions:<br \/>\nPreheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Spray a 9\u00d713-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a medium skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Cook until browned and no longer pink (8-10 minutes). Drain grease.<\/p>\n<p>Add the ground beef to the prepared baking dish. Top with uncooked rice, french onion soup, and beef consomme.
