Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<br \/>\nPrepare the Dough:<br \/>\nSeparate each biscuit and flatten each piece slightly using your hands or a rolling pin to form a small circle.<br \/>\nAssemble the Pizza Bombs:<br \/>\nPlace a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.<br \/>\nCarefully fold the dough edges up and around the filling to form a ball.
