Super easy. It\u2019s a dump meal. Total cost about $12 or less… this one feeds a lot.
\n1 package Kielbasa or smoked sausage (I use Ekrich Sausage) cut in chunks as shown in photo
\n1 32 oz bag frozen hashbrowns
\n1 small onion diced up
\n2 cups of cheddar
\n1\/2 cup of sour cream
\n1\/2 cup of milk
\n1 10oz can of cream mushroom or chicken soup
\nAdd sausage, hash browns, onion and cheese in a greased slow cooker (I use crockpot liners for easy clean up), then mix soup, milk, sour cream together.
\nI add salt and pepper, minced garlic, & onion powder to the mixture to
\ntaste, then pour over sausage and hash browns . Next sprinkle about 1\/2 cup more cheese on top.. cook on low for 6 hours or high for about 3-4 hours
