These seared steak bites are cubes of sirloin steak cooked to perfection in a garlic butter sauce. An easy meal or party snack that\u2019s ready in just minutes!<\/p>\n
Ingredients<\/p>\n
1\/2 cup soy sauce<\/p>\n
1\/3 cup olive oil<\/p>\n
1\/4 cup Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n
1 tsp. minced garlic<\/p>\n
2 Tbsp. dried basil<\/p>\n
1 Tbsp. dried parsley<\/p>\n
1 tsp. black pepper<\/p>\n
1-1\/2 lbs. flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch pieces<\/p>\n
Instructions:<\/p>\n
Place all ingredients, except the steak, in a shallow mixing bowl or large resealable plastic baggie and stir to combine.<\/p>\n
Place the steak bites in the marinade and stir or shake to coat. Place the steak in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes, but up to overnight.<\/p>\n
Cooking the Steak<\/p>\n
Heat a large skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium-high heat until it\u2019s very hot. Using tongs or a slotted spoon, remove steak bites and place in hot skillet. Discard the remaining marinade.<\/p>\n
Cook the steak (turning often) to desired internal temperature \u2013 between 3-5 minutes is the general guide that we use. However, it is always best to check the internal temperature with a digital food thermometer to ensure the steak is cooked how you like it.<\/p>\n
