{"id":1312,"date":"2024-07-12T12:36:35","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T12:36:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/?p=1312"},"modified":"2024-07-12T12:36:35","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T12:36:35","slug":"italian-sausage-and-peppers-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/breckas.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/12\/italian-sausage-and-peppers-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian Sausage and Peppers"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Italian Sausage and Peppers\ud83d\ude0b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n2 tablespoons Vegetable oil<br \/>\n1 package Johnsonville Naturals Mild Italian Sausage<br \/>\n1 green pepper, thinly sliced<br \/>\n1 red pepper, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 sweet onions, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 tablespoon tomato paste<br \/>\n1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried oregano<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried basil<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\nAdd vegetable oil to a large pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove sausage from pan and set aside (Note: You do not need to cook it through at this point.)<br \/>\nAdd onion and peppers to grease left in pan and cook over medium heat until softened.
