I believe the best part of Thanksgiving dinner is the mix of flavors, but I really love sweet potato casserole. It’s a side dish that you don’t often see during the rest of the year, but on Thanksgiving Day, it’s essential. And this is the recipe I always use for it.<\/p>\n

\n1\/3 cup of half and half
\n1\/3 cup of softened butter
\n1 egg
\n2 small spoons of vanilla
\n1 and a half teaspoons of salt
\nIngredient placed on top of food.

\n1\/3 cup of flour
\n1 and 1\/3 cups of chopped pecans.

\nHeat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking dish that measures 9 by 13 inches.
\nIn a big bowl, put sweet potato, brown sugar, cream, butter, egg, vanilla, and salt. Mix until completely smooth.
\nPut the sweet potato mixture in the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
\nMix sugar, flour, pecans, and melted butter in a small bowl until it becomes crumbly. Put on top of the sweet potatoes.
\nCook in the oven for 35 minutes. Let the dish cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
