Ingredients:
- 1 cup full-fat milk powder
 - 1/2 cup condensed milk
 - 1/2 cup milk (regular)
 - 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
 - 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
 - 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional, for flavor)

Instructions:
- Heat the Milk: In a non-stick pan, heat the milk on medium heat until it slightly warms up (don’t boil it). Stir occasionally to avoid it sticking to the pan.
 - Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the milk powder and sugar.
 - Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the milk powder and sugar mixture into the warm milk. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
 - Simmer: Keep stirring the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts to come together into a dough-like consistency. This should take around 8-10 minutes.
 - Add Ghee and Cardamom: Once the mixture thickens, add the ghee and cardamom powder (if using). Stir well to incorporate.
 - Shape the Cake: Once the mixture reaches a soft, fudgy consistency, transfer it to a greased plate or tray. Flatten it with a spatula to even out the surface.
 - Set and Serve: Allow it to cool for about 30 minutes to an hour. Once set, cut it into squares or any shape you prefer.

Enjoy your creamy milk cake! It’s a simple, sweet, and satisfying dessert with minimal effort.
