🍏 Apple Pie Biscuits 🥐
Ingredients:
1 can of buttermilk biscuits 🥐
1 can apple pie filling 🍏
1/2 cup butter, melted 🧈
1/2 cup brown sugar 🟤
1 tbsp cinnamon 🌿
1/8 tsp nutmeg 🌰
1 tsp vanilla extract 🌸
For the icing:
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar 🍬
1 tbsp milk 🥛
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking pan or skillet. 🔥
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 🌿
3️⃣ Dip each buttermilk biscuit in the melted butter, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then roll the biscuits in the sugar mixture to cover all sides. 🥐🧈
4️⃣ Arrange the coated biscuits in the greased pan. 🍽️
5️⃣ Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces and mix in the vanilla extract. 🍏
6️⃣ Spread the apple pie filling over the biscuits. Sprinkle any remaining sugar mixture on top, and drizzle with the leftover melted butter. 🍂🧈
7️⃣ Bake for 35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. ⏳
8️⃣ While the biscuits bake, mix the confectioners’ sugar with milk to make the icing. 🍬🥛
