Ingredients

For the Olive Salad:

For the Sandwich:

• 1 large round Italian or Sicilian loaf (about 8 inches in diameter)

• ¼ lb Genoa salami

• ¼ lb mortadella

 

 

• ¼ lb capicola (or ham)

• ¼ lb provolone cheese

• ¼ lb mozzarella cheese

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

. Cut the Italian loaf in half horizontally and remove some of the bread from the inside to create room for the fillings.
