Easy Oven-Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries 🍟🧄🧀
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the Fries: In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Bake: Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are golden and crispy.
Add Parmesan and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Toss gently to coat.
Notes:
For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before seasoning.
Serve with a side of garlic aioli or marinara sauce for dipping.
